Coach ApplicationAll coaching applications must be in no later than March 1st. Only IF there are still openings after all applications have been considered will late applications be looked at to fill any openings.
| New season starting in May 2012.2012 Swim and Dive Team NewsNEW Meet Sign IN policyIn order for swimmers to be entered in any swim meet this season, you (or the swimmer) must "sign in" to the meet.
To sign a swimmer into a meet, Highlight their name for each meet on the rosters in the swim team meet binder, located at the front desk of the pool. Swimmers must be signed into a meet at least two practice days before the meet in order to be in the meet. If a swimmers name is not highlighted at least 2 days prior to a meet, then they will NOT be swimming in that meet. The meet sign in binder will be available on TBA. 2012 Swim and Dive Team RegistrationSwim and Dive Team registration are sent with your 2012 membership information. Volunteer requirements
There has been a lot of discussion about the volunteer requirements. Every Family is required to volunteer. It has been a major issue, with some families that do not fulfill these requirements. This year our wonderful Volunteer coordinator, Nora Rees will have each family listed and will mark each family for their requirements as they do them. Everyone will beable to see who does not fulfill these requirements. Also who goes the extra mile too:)
If this does not work this year, next year each family will have to write an addition check to swim team, amount to be decided, that will be returned to you, if you fulfill your requirement or will be cashed if you don't. This is how Woodhaven, Black Oak, and Dunsiane does their program. We would like to not have to do this!
