Babysitter Card Policy
The Board of Trustees has made adjustments to the pool babysitter card policy. We charge a nominal $50 fee, and more details can be found in the Rules and Regulations available at the front desk or elsewhere on this website. In the event your family is eligible for a babysitter card, complete the applicaton form and mail it in along with the $50 fee.

Single Person Annual Dues: $240.00*
Family Annual Dues: $350.00*
1st year Initiation Fee: $400.00*

Emergency Medical Forms
Every child under the age of 18 needs to have a completed emergency medical forms on file at PHSC. If you are a new member please print out and return one with your membership application. If you are a returning member and did not send one in with your dues, please print and send it in prior to the pool opening.
