Print and fill out the application form.  Please complete the application and mail it by MARCH 31, 2011. Applications received after March 31, 2011 will only be considered for employment if openings are still available. Note: All returning PHSC employees must submit an updated application.

Lifeguard and CPR certification/renewal information can be found online at or call the Red Cross at 222-6711.

All Employees 14 and 15 years of age are required to obtain a Work Permit through their school district. Printable work permit applications and more information may be found online.
